Refund policy

All sales of seasonal installation services are final. We do not sell physical goods, and no physical returns apply.

Deposits
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your installation date. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your installation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled installation date will not be charged the remaining balance. The 25% deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before your installation date will be charged the full remaining balance, as your date has been held and preparation has been completed on our end.

Weather
South Florida weather is part of the experience, and we plan for it. In the event of severe weather or conditions that affect the quality of your installation, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional charge. No cancellation fees apply to weather-related reschedules initiated by The Seasonal Estate Co.
