What areas do you serve?

Our seasonal installations focus primarily on households and communities from Palm Beach Gardens to Tequesta, including the area's premier country clubs and private estates. If you're located outside of this area, please inquire first — we're happy to discuss what's possible.

How far in advance should I book?

Our installation dates are limited and fill up fast — once they're gone, they're gone for the season. We recommend securing your date as soon as booking opens. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when new dates become available.

How does the booking process work?

Simply select your package, choose your preferred installation window, and complete your booking online. A 25% deposit is collected at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the week of your installation — you'll receive a reminder automatically. Please note that full payment must be received before your installation day.

Do I need to be home during installation?

For our Fall Edit services, which take place entirely outdoors, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide a gate code or coordinate with their house manager. However, if your service includes any interior styling work, we do ask that a homeowner or authorized representative be present. We treat every property with the utmost care and discretion.

How long does installation take?

Depending on your service package, installation times may vary from 1 hour to 6 hours. We'll confirm your estimated window when scheduling.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

All sales are final — cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed, and your 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must contact The Seasonal Estate Co. a minimum of 7 days before your installation date. We will do our very best to accommodate a new date based on availability, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding as our calendar is intentionally limited.

What does "clean sweep removal" mean?

At the end of the season, we return to take everything with us — décor, pumpkins, greenery, and all. There's nothing for you to box up, store, or haul away. Your property is left exactly as we found it, just beautifully refreshed.

Can I customize my package?

Each of our three Fall Edit tiers is thoughtfully curated with a defined scope of work. For clients with expansive properties or highly specific aesthetic visions, The Signature Estate is our fully bespoke offering — beginning with a private consultation. Reach out to inquire.

Do you offer a deposit or payment plan?

Yes. All bookings are secured with a 25% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is collected automatically the week of your installation. Please note that full payment must be received before your installation day — no exceptions.

Are bookings limited per date?

Yes — we intentionally cap the number of installations per day to ensure each property receives our full attention and our highest quality of work. Once a date is full, it will no longer appear as available during checkout. We encourage booking early to secure your preferred date.

Are the pumpkins real?

We source real, fresh pumpkins and gourds for quality and seasonal authenticity. Because South Florida's warm climate and humidity can affect the longevity of natural materials, we time our deliveries carefully and may incorporate high-quality faux pumpkins into your display depending on the service package and design — ensuring your installation looks fresh, full, and beautiful from day one through the end of the season.

How long will my display last?

In South Florida's warm, humid climate, real pumpkins typically last 1–2 weeks before showing signs of wear. Sun exposure, heat, and moisture all accelerate the natural breakdown process. We design your display with this in mind — selecting materials, incorporating faux elements where appropriate, and timing installations to maximize the visual life of your décor. Our clean sweep removal is timed to take place before any meaningful deterioration occurs, so your property always looks its best.

How do I care for my display between installation and removal?

Very little is required on your part — that's the point. We recommend keeping sprinkler heads directed away from the display whenever possible, as standing water accelerates decay. Avoid placing items in direct, prolonged midday sun if repositioning anything. Do not apply any sprays or coatings to pumpkins, as this can cause premature rotting. If you notice anything that doesn't look right, reach out to us and we'll assess the situation promptly.

What happens if weather is a factor on my installation day?

South Florida weather is part of the experience, and we plan for it. In the event of severe weather or conditions that affect the quality of your installation, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional charge.

Are you responsible for weather-related impact on my display?

The Seasonal Estate Co. is not responsible for the impact of weather, environmental conditions, or acts of nature on your display after installation is complete. This includes — but is not limited to — damage or deterioration caused by rain, wind, heat, humidity, or pests. We design every installation with South Florida's climate in mind and take every precaution to maximize the life and beauty of your display, but natural materials are subject to the elements. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you work with HOAs, country clubs, or commercial properties?

Yes — we love working with communities and shared spaces that want to make a statement. Please contact us directly for community and commercial inquiries, as these projects are handled on a custom basis.
